Tasty, healthy, inexpensive & roommate approved! Ingredients:
1/3 cup chopped almonds |
1 cup oats |
1/3 cup brown rice syrup |
1/2 tsp salt |
1 tsp cinnamon |
2 t water |
40 grams protein powder |
2 tbs ground flax seed |
Directions:
1. Heat brown rice syrup, salt, cinnamon, protein powder, & a dash of water until well combined and less viscous. 2. Add to mixture of oats & chopped almonds. 3. Stir and press into PAM'd dish using wet hands. 4. Chill & cut into desired amount of squares. 5. Wrap up and store in freezer or fridge. 6. Enjoy! |
