thai kitchen's pad thai with veggies and proteins Ingredients:
4 ounces shrimp |
256 grams pad thai |
12 ounces bean sprouts |
4 ounces tofu |
1 egg |
1 tablespoon canola oil |
Directions:
1. Soak noodles in hot water. Meanwhile saute shrimp. Scramble the egg. Add oil to wok, then add noodles followed by seasoning pack. Cook, adding veggies, shrimp, egg and tofu as mixture dries. |
