This is a quick and delicious Thai recipe Ingredients:
1 lb ground chicken |
1 tablespoon curry powder |
2 tablespoons chopped garlic |
2 tablespoons chopped shallots |
2 chopped jalapeno peppers |
1/4 cup fish sauce |
2 tablespoons palm sugar |
3 tablespoons basil leaves |
1/2 chopped bell pepper |
1 teaspoon peppercorn |
Directions:
1. Grind the garlic, shallots, curry powder and peppercorns into a paste. Put the paste into a medium sized skillet, and stir-fry the paste until thick. Add in the chicken and the remaining ingredients and stir fry until the chicken is thoroughly cooked. 2. Serve over rice. |
