1/4 cup ketchup |
1/4 cup hoisin sauce |
2 tablespoons rice vinegar |
2 tablespoons soy sauce |
4 teaspoons curry powder |
4 teaspoons sesame oil |
1/4 teaspoon tabasco sauce |
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, whisk the ingredients together. 2. Marinade time: beef and pork—4-8 hours, chicken—1-4 hours. |
