Ingredients:
1 beef flank steak (1.5-2 pounds) |
black pepper to taste |
1 tablespoon(s) chopped fresh rosemary |
1/2 cup(s) chopped onion |
1 tablespoon(s) dark sesame oil |
1/3 cup(s) fresh orange juice |
1/3 cup(s) honey |
1 large clove garlic, crushed |
orange slices and rosemary sprigs |
1 cup(s) prepared teriyaki marinade |
Directions:
1. Combine first 8 ingredients in shallow dish, whisking til blended. Reserve 3/4 cup for basting. 2. Lightly score both sides of steak in crisscross pattern with sharp knife. Place in dish, turning to coat. Cover and refrigerate 30 min, turning once. 3. Remove steak and place on grill over medium, ash covered coals. Grill uncovered 17-21 min for medium rare-medium, turning once and basting occasionally with reserved marinade. 4. Place reserved marinade in saucepan and bring to boil on grill. Meanwhile, cut steak diagonally into thin slices. Spoon hot marinade over steak. Garnish with orange slices and rosemary sprigs. |
