Pacific Coast Salmon with Pan-Roasted Corn Salsa

Ingredients:
1 jar (16 oz.) pace chunky salsa
1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp. lemon juice
1c. frozen whole kernel corn, thawed
4 fresh salmon fillets (about 1 1/2 lbs.)
Directions:
1. Pout the salmon in roasting pan. Spoon 1/2c. of salsa over the fish.
2. Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes or until fish easily flakes.
3. Heat oil in 8-inch skillet over medium heat. Add corn and cook for 4 minutes until starts to brown.
4. Stir remaining salsa, cilantro and lemon juice into skillet and heat through. Serve salmon with corn salsa.
