Fire up the grill and tempt family and guests with these robustly flavored burgers spiked with Pace Picante sauce. Soooo tasty!! These burgers are very good served with coleslaw or fresh cut veggies and ranch dressing for dipping and corn -on-the-cob. For dessert, sliced watermelon or fresh fruit salad would be a delight. Ingredients:
1 lb lean ground beef |
1/2 cup pace picante sauce or 1/2 cup chunky salsa |
4 sesame seed rolls, for burgers |
Directions:
1. Thoroughly mix the beef and picante sauce. Shape the beef mixture firmly into 4 patties, 1/2 inch thick. 2. Heat the grill to medium. Grill the patties for 10 minutes or until they are cooked through, turning them once halfway through cooking and brushing often with additional picante sauce. 3. Serve on rolls with additional picante sauce. |
