4 boneless skinless chicken breasts |
2 tablespoons honey |
1 tablespoon orange juice |
1 tablespoon ground cumin |
1 tablespoon garlic, minced |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to broil. 2. Mix honey, orange juice, cumin, garlic, salt, and pepper. 3. Coat chicken breasts with mixture. 4. Set some mixture aside. 5. Broil chicken about 4 minutes per side, brushing twice with remaining mixture. |
