P90x Crispy Oven-Baked Chicken

Ingredients:
8 boneless skinless chicken breasts
3 tablespoons hot pepper sauce
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground
1 teaspoon salt (optional)
2 cups whole wheat bread crumbs
1 -2 tablespoon vegetable oil (canola, safflower, etc.)
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, whisk together hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, pepper, and salt (optional).
2. Add the chicken and marinate in the refrigerator for 2 to 12 hours.
3. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
4. Remove chicken from marinade.
5. Add bread crumbs to marinade and mix well.
6. Coat chicken thoroughly with mixture.
7. Spread oil over the bottom of a shallow 9 x13 baking dish.
8. Arrange chicken in the dish and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
9. Turn chicken over.
10. Reduce heat to 325 degrees; cook for an additional 15 to 20 minutes or until juices run clear when chicken is pierced with a fork.
