P90X CHICKEN SALAD–LEVEL III Ingredients:
10 ounces boneless skinless chicken breast halves |
3 ounces low-fat mayonnaise |
1 1/2 tablespoons dijon mustard |
1/3 cup green onion, diced |
1/2 teaspoon black pepper |
1/2 teaspoon fresh dill |
3/4 cup celery, diced |
Directions:
1. Poach chicken. 2. cool and dice. 3. Gently combine the chicken with the remaining ingredients and chill until. 4. ready to serve. |
