P90X CHICKEN SALAD–LEVEL III
Ingredients:
10 ounces boneless skinless chicken breast halves
3 ounces low-fat mayonnaise
1 1/2 tablespoons dijon mustard
1/3 cup green onion, diced
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon fresh dill
3/4 cup celery, diced
Directions:
1. Poach chicken.

3. Gently combine the chicken with the remaining ingredients and chill until.
