This came from Loretta Lynn's Cookbook. Ingredients:
3 tablespoons butter |
1 small onion, chopped |
1/3 cup chopped green pepper |
1 cup smoked ham, chopped |
6 eggs, slightly beaten |
1/2 cup milk |
tabasco sauce |
Directions:
1. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. 2. Saute the onions, green pepper, and ham in butter. 3. In a small bowl mix the eggs, milk, and Tabasco sauce to taste. Pur the egg mixture into the skillet. 4. Add the sauted vegetables and gently scramble for 2 to 3 minutes. 5. Serve with hto biscuits. |
