If you don't have rock salt, set the oysters on a bed of crushed ice. Ingredients:
rock salt |
24 shucked oysters |
4 lemon wedges |
1/2 cup mignonette sauce |
6 tablespoons cucumber-horseradish relish |
Directions:
1. Cover a platter 1 inch deep with rock salt. Nestle oysters in rock salt, and garnish with lemon wedges. Serve with Mignonette Sauce and Cucumber-Horseradish Relish. |
