Oysters With Soy and Sesame Dressing |

If you wish, you may like to heat your oysters slightly before topping with the dressing. Just make sure not to over cook. Ingredients:
2 tablespoons light soy sauce |
2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar |
1 teaspoon sesame oil |
24 oysters, in half shells |
2 green onions |
Directions:
1. Place the soy sauce, vinegar and oil in a screw-top jar and shake until well combined. 2. Place the oysters on a large serving platter. 3. Drizzle over the soy and sesame dressing. 4. Sprinkle with the green shallots. 5. Serve immediately. |
