1 large mango cheek, peeled, finely chopped |
1/2 small lebanese cucumber, peeled, finely chopped |
1 tablespoon finely chopped red onion |
5 large fresh basil leaves, torn |
12 (1 dozen) natural oysters, in the half shell (such as sydney rock oysters) |
Directions:
1. Combine the mango, cucumber, onion and basil in a small bowl. Taste and season with salt and pepper. 2. Arrange the oysters on a serving platter. Divide the mango mixture among the oysters. Serve. |
