Oysters With Caramelised Ham |

The ham and mango mixture can be made the day before store in air tight container in the fridge. when neaded put in a pan and heat for 1 minute Ingredients:
200g sliced ham off the bone |
2 tbsp mango chutney |
1 tbsp olive oil |
18 oysters in shell |
2 tbsp worchestershire sauce |
Directions:
1. Thinly shred ham. combine chutney and oil in a bowl, add ham and toss until coated. Heat a heavy based pan over med heat, add ham and cook for 5 min. until crisp and lightly golden.. Arrange oysters on a platter, sprinkle with Worcestershire sauce and top with spoonful of the ham and mango |
