Oysters Rockefeller In English |

Makes two servings, 6 oyster aech. Ingredients:
12 unopened, fresh, live oysters |
1 cup of cooked spinach (6-8 cups of fresh) |
6 oz white american cheese |
12 tsp of crumbled bacon (or 3 slices of cooked crispy bacon) |
Directions:
1. Set the oven at Low Broil . 2. Cook the fresh spinach. 3. Crumble the bacon if it is in slices. 4. Open oysters with a special knife (Yep, I did it myself!) and put them on a baking sheet. 5. Cut the cheese in big pieces. 6. Put the cooked spinach on top of each oyster, then cheese, then sprincle with bacon. 7. Put the oysters in the oven and broil for 5 minutes till the cheese melts. |
