An old favourite of mine. Ingredients:
3 tablespoons worcestershire sauce |
1 tablespoon tomato, sauce/ketchup |
1 dozen oyster |
100 g diced bacon |
Directions:
1. Mix together the Worcestershire and tomato sauces. 2. Drizzle sauce on the oysters. 3. Top with bacon and place under the grill. 4. Grill until bacon is crisp. |
