Ingredients:
3 slices bacon, diced |
1/4 cup chopped onion |
2 tablespoons chopped green pepper |
2 tablespoons chopped celery |
1 teaspoon lemon juice |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce |
2 drops hot sauce |
1 (12-ounce) container select oysters, drained |
Directions:
1. Cook bacon in a skillet until crisp. Add onion, green pepper, and celery; cook until tender. Add remaining ingredients, except oysters; stir well. 2. Place oysters in a well-greased 10- x 6- x 2-inch baking dish. Spread bacon mixture over oysters. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until oyster edges curl. |
