Oyster Stuffing

Try this if you like oysters.
Ingredients:
4 cups stale breadcrumbs
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon marjoram
1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1/4 cup finely diced onion
1/4 cup finely diced celery
3 teaspoons butter
1 cup drained, chopped oyster
chicken stock or water
Directions:
1. In a large pot melt butter over medium heat.
2. Add all ingredients except bread and saute for 10 minutes.
3. Add bread crumbs and begin to toss with a fork, slowly adding liquid of choice until stuffing is just moist but not soggy.
4. Stuff the bird.
