Ingredients:
1 tablespoon(s) butter for each 8oz milk
1 quart(s) milk
1/2 pint(s) oysters
Directions:
1.
Heat milk slowly with part of butter.
2.
Simmer oysters with liquid & 1/ of butter - just till edges curl. (any longer will toughen them)
3.
Just before serving - mix together & season with salt & pepper.
