Ingredients:
1 pint oyster, with liquid |
8 tablespoons butter, melted |
1 cup light cream, scalded |
3 cups milk, scalded |
1/2 teaspoon paprika |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
pepper |
Directions:
1. Simmer oysters in butter and oyster liquid until edges curl. 2. Add cream and milk. 3. Heat to boiling, season with paprika, salt and pepper. 4. Serve at once. 5. With oyster crackers . |
