Flavorful appetizer pairing oysters and garlic. Ingredients:
2 pints oysters, freshly shucked without liquor |
1/4 c butter |
1 t lemon juice |
1 clove garlic, minced |
1/4 c seasoned bread crumbs |
1 c parmesan cheese,shredded |
Directions:
1. Place oysters in the bottom of a shallow baking dish. Melt butter and add garlic and lemon juice, pour over oysters. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and parmesan cheese. 2. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes 3. Serve warm with hot sauce if desired. |
