An easy oyster dip for crackers or raw veggies. Ingredients:
one tin of smoked oysters |
one 8 ounce bar of cream cheese, softened |
1/2 cup of mayo |
one small can of sliced black olives, drained |
lemon juice |
hot sauce |
onion powder |
Directions:
1. Drain the tin of smoked oysters on paper towels; 2. Mix all ingredients except oysters; 3. Use lemon juice, hot sauce and onion powder to taste; 4. Gently fold in smoked oysters; 5. Serve with crackers or celery. |
