This is a wonderful low carb appetizer. Can also be made into a casserole for main dish use. Ingredients:
1 pint fresh oyster |
lemon juice |
tabasco sauce, to taste |
crumbled cooked bacon |
grated parmesan cheese |
Directions:
1. Preheat broiler. 2. Place one or two drained oysters in individual ramekins. 3. Sprinkle each oyster with lemon juice and Tabasco sauce. 4. Top with bacon and Parmesan cheese. 5. Broil until oyster edges curl. 6. Serve on saltines. |
