Pre work out snack Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup oats |
52 grams protein |
1 cup powdered milk, nonfat |
2 tbsp flax seeds |
1/4 cup peanut butter |
1 tsp vanilla |
1/2 cup water |
55 grams raisins |
Directions:
1. mix dry ingredients (oats, protein powder, dry milk, flax seeds) 2. mix wet ingredients (PB, water, vanilla) 3. pour peanut mixture into dry mix and stir until sticky 4. stir in raisins 5. grease a 8X8 pan and spread mixture evenly 6. freeze for 1 hour or refrigerate overnight 7. cut into 9 squares and the wrap individually and store in fridge to grab in a hurry |
