Easy to prepare and delicious! Ingredients:
1/2 cup rolled oats (not quick) |
1 cup unsweetened almond milk |
2 tablespoons chia seeds |
2 tablespoons dried cranberries |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla |
Directions:
1. Mix together and place in fridge for at least 3 hours or overnight. 1 serving (pretty big though - I have been eating 1/2 at a time). |
