Steel cut oatmeal that cooks overnight Ingredients:
1 cup bob's red mill steel cut oats |
4 cups water |
1/2 cup skim milk |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker before going to bed. Set temperature to Low. Cook overnight (8-9 hours). Serve with brown sugar, maple syrup, cinnamon, raisins, chopped fruit, etc. |
