Oatmeal cooked overnight in a Crock Pot. Adapted from Alton Brown's recipe. I like mine with sliced bananas, maple syrup and chopped walnuts Ingredients:
1 cup steel cut oats |
4 cups water |
1 pinch salt |
Directions:
1. Combine oats and water in a Crock Pot before going to bed. 2. Set Crock Pot for low. 3. Cover. 4. Sleep 8 hours. 5. Stir in salt. 6. Eat. |
