I got this recipe at my Weight Watchers meeting. It's a great way to fill up with almost no calories! Add more Splenda if you like a sweeter slaw. Ingredients:
6 cups shredded cabbage |
3 cups shredded carrots |
1 cup sliced onion |
1 cup chopped green pepper |
1 cup cider vinegar |
1 cup apple juice |
1 1/2 tablespoons yellow mustard |
1/2 teaspoon paprika |
1 teaspoon mustard seeds |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
1/4 cup splenda granular, sugar substitute |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder |
Directions:
1. Mix first 4 ingredients in a bowl. 2. Combine the rest of the ingredients and whisk until mixed well. Pour over cabbage mix. 3. Cover and chill for at least 8 hours. |
