TASTY EASY Ingredients:
overnight cabbage slaw |
1 medium cabbage, shredded |
1 small onion, grated |
1 medium bell pepper, chopped |
2 carrots, grated |
3/4 cup sugar |
3/4 cup vinegar |
1/2 cup vegetable oil |
1 teaspoon celery seed |
1 teaspoon dry mustard |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon black pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine cabbage, onion, green pepper, and carrots in a large bowl and sprinkle with sugar. Set aside. Combine remaining ingredients in a pot and boil 3 minutes. Pour over vegetables, stirring well. Chill overnight. Enjoy. |
