Overnight Berry Coffee Cake |

I like to make this for overnight guests because you can prepare it the night before and pop it in the oven the next morning! It tastes wonderful! Ingredients:
2 cups flour |
1 cup sugar |
1/2 cup brown sugar |
1 tsp baking powder |
1 tsp soda |
1 tsp ground cinnamon |
1/2 tsp salt |
1 cup buttermilk |
2/3 cup butter or margarine, melted |
2 eggs, beaten |
1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries or blueberries |

1/2 cup brown sugar |
1/2 cup chopped nuts |
1 tsp ground cinnamon |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugars, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. 2. In a seperate bowl, combine buttermilk, butter and eggs; add to dry ingredients and mix well untill blended. 3. Fold in berries. 4. Pour into a greased 13 inx 9 in. 2 in. baking pan. 5. Combine topping ingredients; sprinkle over batter 6. Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight. 7. Uncover and bake at 350* for 45-50 minutes. |
