                    It has all the ingredients of a good weekend breakfast but you just put it in the oven and forget it. Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                1 lb bacon cooked and cut into chunks  |  
                                                8 slices whole wheat bread cubed with no crust  |  
                                                6 large eggs  |  
                                                1 1/2 c milk  |  
                                                1 c shredded cheddar cheese  |  
                                                1/2 tsp dry mustard  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. mis eggs, milk and mustard 2. stir in cheese 3. add bread adn bacon 4. place ingredients in a buttered 8 x8  square pan 5. refridgerate tightly covered over night 6. let stand at room temperature for 15 minutes 7. bake uncovered at 325 degrees for 45 minutes                              |
