Oven Roasted Red Potatoes With Herbs |

I got this recipe from a company that sold herbs in bulk. It was in their catalog. This is my favorite way to make potatoes. Ingredients:
2 lbs red potatoes |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
1 -2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon thyme |
1/2 teaspoon basil |
1/4 teaspoon oregano |
1/4 teaspoon rosemary |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder |
Directions:
1. Clean potatoes. 2. Cut 1/2 slices into potato but do not cut all the way through. You should have a whole potato when done. 3. Put potatoes in a bowl and pour oil over them. 4. Mix the rest of the seasonings together. 5. Sprinkle over potatoes. 6. Wrap potatoes in foil. 7. Bake in 350 oven until done. 40 to 50 minutes. |
