I made this recipe by accident and I am constantly changing it in order to compliment whatever food I am making. You can also add onions to the dish. The seasoning can be Italian, Cajun, Mexican, etc...This recipe is for the basic goes with everything potatoes. Read more . Enjoy! Ingredients:
1 bag red potatoes |
3 tsp extra virgin olive oil |
2 tsp garlic powder (not garlic salt) |
1 tsp kosher salt |
ground pepper (to taste) |
1 tsp paprika |
1/2 teaspoon oregano |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 550 degrees (or as high as it will go WITHOUT cleaning) 2. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil (for easy clean up) 3. Chop potatoes into quarters and place on baking sheet. 4. Put all seasoning into a small ziploc bag, seal it tightly and shake it up to mix seasoning thoroughly. 5. Drizzle oil over potatoes and sprinkle all the seasoning. 6. Using your CLEAN hands (I know, ew...) mix it all together, coating all potatoes with the mixture. 7. Bake in oven for 15 minutes. 8. Serve hot and enjoy! 9. **Leftover tip: They make GREAT breakfast potatoes in the morn when sauteed with onion and pepper** |
