Oven-Roasted Potato Wedges

Ingredients:
2 large baking potatoes (about 14 ounces)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon paprika
cooking spray
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425°.
2. Cut each potato lengthwise into 12 wedges.
3. Combine salt and next 3 ingredients in a bowl; toss well. Arrange potatoes, flesh side down, in a single layer on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Coat potatoes with cooking spray.
4. Bake at 425° for 15 minutes. Turn potatoes, and bake an additional 15 minutes or until golden brown and tender.
