Oven-Roasted Potato Wedges |

Ingredients:
2 large baking potatoes (about 14 ounces) |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder |
1 teaspoon black pepper |
1/4 teaspoon paprika |
cooking spray |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425°. 2. Cut each potato lengthwise into 12 wedges. 3. Combine salt and next 3 ingredients in a bowl; toss well. Arrange potatoes, flesh side down, in a single layer on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Coat potatoes with cooking spray. 4. Bake at 425° for 15 minutes. Turn potatoes, and bake an additional 15 minutes or until golden brown and tender. |
