Easy side dish for your oven meal. Ingredients:
6 red potatoes, unpeeled and sliced into wedges |
salt and black pepper |
3 cloves crushed garlic |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar |
Directions:
1. Place potatoes in a baking dish, add garlic and season well with salt and pepper. 2. Mix oil and balsamic vinegar together and drizzle over potatoes. 3. Toss to mix and bake at 375° for approximately 45 minutes or until crispy and tender. |
