Ingredients:
1 bunch(es) asparagus
4 tablespoon(s) olive oil
kosher salt to taste
ground pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees
2. Wash asparagus.
3. Cut off thick bottoms.
4. Spread a single layer onto a rimmed baking sheet. Pat dry to avoid steam.
5. Generously drizzle olive oil all over.
6. Add salt and pepper.
7. Roast asparagus for 10 minutes.
