This one is so easy but so delicious. Ingredients:
1 lb. asparagus, cleaned and trimmed |
olive oil |
garlic salt, to taste |
lemon pepper, to taste |
Directions:
1. Roll asparagus in olive oil, place on a jelly roll type baking sheet. Sprinkle with a little garlic salt and lemon pepper. Place in a 400* oven for 15-20 minutes until crisp tender. 2. Make an extra batch as they are really good on an open face sandwich made of a toasted piece of bread, a thin slice of ham, asparagus spears and a slice of favorite cheese. (I use American for this one) Place under broiler until cheese melts. Yummy |
