Oven Poached Eggs, With Herbs |

Have no idea where this easy recipe for wonderful eggs came from it was shared by a friend, and makes a great brunch with toast. Ingredients:
3 eggs |
1/4 cup half-and-half |
1 teaspoon butter |
1/8 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped |
1/8 teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped |
1/8 teaspoon sea salt |
Directions:
1. Use a shallow single servce baking dish, place the all ingredients except eggs, and micro wave 2 minutes. 2. Remove from micro wave, add eggs and place under pre heated broiler, on high for 6 to 9 minutes (depending on how done you like your eggs). 3. Remove and enjoy. |
