This is easy to make, but doesn't taste like it. Don't be surprised if your family barricades the kitchen door until you make another one! Ingredients:
3 eggs |
1/2 cup flour |
1/2 cup milk |
1/4 tsp salt |
2 t melted butter |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450º 2. Beat the eggs with a fork to blend 3. Slowly add flour, beating constantly 4. Stir in salt, milk, and butter 5. Grease a 10 , oven-proof skillet and pour batter in 6. Bake 18 minutes at 450º 7. Then lower heat to 350º and bake 10 minutes more 8. Serve with melted butter (or lemon juice) and powdered sugar, or fresh fruit and whipped cream |
