Found this in a magazine and it was served at a B & B out East. It's very light and easy to make. Ingredients:
1 cup flour |
6 eggs, slightly beaten |
1 cup milk |
3 tablespoons margarine, melted |
1 pinch salt |
Directions:
1. Grease 9 x 13 baking dish. 2. Whisk eggs and flour together. 3. Add milk, margarine and salt. 4. Bake at 450 for 15 to 20 minutes until lightly browned. 5. Mixture will be puffy and will fall slightly when taken out of oven. 6. Serve with syrup or fruit. |
