Good for breakfast or even a quick dinner. Yummy!! Ingredients:
8 eggs |
1 cup milk |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
16 -24 ounces frozen hash browns (shredded) |
1 cup diced ham |
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese or 1 cup monterey jack cheese |
Directions:
1. Beat eggs in a bowl. Add milk salt and pepper. Stir in remaining ingredients till everything is moistened. Pour into greased 9x9-inch baking dish. 2. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until set. Serve hot. |
