2 lbs hash browns |
1/4 cup melted butter |
1 (10 ounce) can cream of potato soup |
1 (10 ounce) can cream of celery soup |
16 ounces sour cream or 16 ounces yogurt |
1/3 cup milk |
1/3 cup onion, diced |
2 cups grated cheddar cheese |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Mix all liquids together. 2. Grease 9x13 pan. 3. Put hash browns in pan 4. pour liquid over hash browns. 5. cover with cheese. 6. bake 350 1-1/2 hours. |
