Oven Fried Sesame Chicken

Ingredients:
3 tablespoons sesame seeds
2 tablespoons flour
1/4 teaspoon pepper
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
2 -3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 -2 tablespoon reduced-calorie margarine, melted
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400°.
2. Combine sesame seeds, flour, and pepper.
3. Dip chicken breasts in soy sauce. Dredge in sesame seed mixture.
4. Arrange chicken in pan. Drizzle margarine over chicken.
5. Bake for 40 minutes or until done.
