Very tasty side dish with an oriental flair. I got this from a coworker of mine. YUMMY! Ingredients:
2 cups long grain rice (white) |
3 1/2 cups cold water |
1 (1 1/4 ounce) envelope onion soup mix |
1 cup chopped green pepper |
1 cup chopped celery |
1 cup chopped mushroom |
1/3 cup vegetable oil |
1/2 cup soy sauce |
Directions:
1. Mix all together in a 9x13 pan and seal tightly with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours. Stir and serve. |
