Quick and easy side-dish. Ingredients:
2 cups rice, uncooked |
3 cups water or 3 cups chicken stock |
1/4 cup oil |
1/4 cup soy sauce |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together, and pour into a Pyrex baking pan. 2. cover tightly and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour, or until rice is done. 3. Good with pork chops. |
