Easy to make and lots of flavor Ingredients:
3/4 cup buttermilk ranch dressing |
1 egg, beaten |
1 cut up fryer chicken |
1/3 cup flour |
salt and pepper to taste |
1 cup corn flakes, crushed |
1/4 cup butter, melted |
Directions:
1. Combine egg and ranch dressing, set aside 2. Combine flour, salt, and pepper 3. Dredge chicken in flour mixture 4. Dip in egg mixture 5. Roll in corn flakes 6. Put chicken pieces on baking sheet 7. Drizzle with butter 8. Bake 350 for 45 minutes |
