Oven Fried Halibut

Light flakey and very tasty....Always best to buy fresh not frozen halibut.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs
1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon paprika
4 (6 ounce) halibut fillets
1/2 cup milk
2 tablespoons butter (melted)
lemon wedge
Directions:
1. Stir together first 4 ingredients in a smal bowl.
2. Dip fillets in milk and dredge in bread crumb mixture, turning to coat completely.
3. Lightly coat a 15 X 10 In ch jelly roll pan (or cookie sheet) pan with oil:heat pan at 500 for 3 minutes or until pan is very hot. Carefully arrange fillets on hot pan and drizzle with melted butter. Baked fillets at 500 for 7-8 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork. Serve fillets with lemon wedges.
