Oven Fried Chicken Strips

This is a chicken strip recipe I found on here but I substituted the egg for egg beater, removed the salt to lower the sodium, fat and cholesterol
Ingredients:
1/4 cup egg beater
1 cup 2% milk
2 pounds chicken breasts, cut in strips
2 cups plain flour, mixed with
3/4 tsp. pepper
3/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. baking powder
Directions:
1. Mix the egg beater and milk in a bowl.
2. Dip the chicken into the egg.
3. Combine the dry ingredients in a freezer bag, and coat the chicken. Repeat this process.
4. Place on a baking tray sprayed with spray oil and bake in a pre-heated oven (400C) for 20 - 25 minutes or until no longer pink inside, turning every 10 minutes.
