Oven Fried Chicken Breasts |

This was created because I love fried chicken but was trying to cut back on my fatty foods. Ingredients:
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts |
1/2 cup white flour |
1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs |
2 eggs |
1 dash seasoning salt |
1 dash pepper |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. 2. Mix flour, salt & pepper. 3. Dredge chicken in flour mixture. 4. Dip in whipped egg. 5. Coat with breadcrumbs. 6. Place chicken in glass baking dish sprayed with Pam. 7. Bake for around 30 minutes (maybe less depending on size of breasts). 8. If you flatten the chicken first it makes a really nice Chicken Parm. |
